AM2634: Reading Processor version, and Identification Information

I am looking for version, and identification information for the AM263X, that can be read in a manufacturing test environment.

How can I read registers to get:

• Type of processor AM2632, AM2634, AM2632P, ....
• The revision of the Die

Also, is there a unique (for each processor, serial number) processor ID that can be read?

I search the Register Addendum, but I am not having any success finding this.
