AM2432: The Image of Release Project Cannot Boot Up

Hi TI Experts,

Customer finds that if the configuration of the project is release shown below, the image they got could not boot up.

The default priority is s, but after they changed to o2, it still could not work.

Could you help provide some suggestions on this please?

    Thanks for your query.

    Can you please tell us which example customer is trying to build?

    Is the example working fine in debug mode but not working in release mode?

    Can you please also share the method of board initialization? Are they using SBL flow or SPL flow?

    Can you please also share the screenshot of error logs?

    I'm the customer who reported this issue to Kevin.

    Let me try to reply your questions:

    1. Our project is based on ethercat_slave_demo of sdk ind_comms_sdk_am243x_09_00_00_03.

    2. Yes, debug mode works fine, but release mode not.

    3. opsi SBL flow

    4. How or where can I get the error logs?

    Can you please share which device profile are you using for ethercat_slave_demo example provided in indus_comms_sdk?

    I can see the below device profiles. Please refer below screenshot.

    What exact error are you facing? How you are confirming that the example is not working? what has been went wrong?

    Are you able to see the SBL logs coming on the UART terminal? 

    Are you able to see the application's logs on terminal or CCS console?
