You already get on-board trace (ETM) with AM2634 through JTAG with a small 32kB buffer. I assume that you mean off-board trace.

In short, I think you need to ask Lauterbach that question but the part you mention is just a debug probe not an off-board trace probe as far as I know. Their software is called TRACE32 but that implies nothing about the features enabled in it. That is a function of the hardware licenses.
