TMS570LC4357: Forums permissions issue

Hello,

I keep finding older threads in the forum with interesting material attached. For example:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/arm-based-microcontrollers-group/arm-based-microcontrollers/f/arm-based-microcontrollers-forum/843395/tms570lc4357-dma-with-adc-in-continuous-mode. I can open the thread itself but not any of the attachments. The attachments have "/312/" in the URL, and I get a permission error for these files: "You do not have permission to view this directory or page."
Same for this thread, for example, https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/arm-based-microcontrollers-group/arm-based-microcontrollers/f/arm-based-microcontrollers-forum/431773/adc-dma, where again the linked files have an "/312/" in the URL, and I get permissions errors.

I believe that "312" may have been an older forum, or one where permissions have to be granted. Could that please be enabled for my account?

Hi Phitastic,

I am also getting same error as you mentioned. Can you try following thing:

If you ask in the Site Support forum you may be get someone to retrieve the old forum attachment. E.g. like in Can't access document from old thread

Thanks jagadish gundavarapu! Do you happen to know if permissions for my account could be adjusted so that I also get access to those materials? I keep coming across them, and asking in the Site Support forum for members who have access will be inconvenient I imagine. If there's no other way I'll go that route, but wondering if it's simply a permissions issue that needs to be resorted.

No Phitastic, it is not related to the permissions. As this is very old data, might be not able to access it from database itself. I saw this issue for so many old threads. As i given in my last comment better to raise a site support request.
