TMS570LS3137: TMS570LS3137 Mibspi Clock pulse issue

Hi Jagadish,

We are working on a project which includes some ICs communicate with SPI. We designed and produced our PCB after that in out software test we encountered some issues related to SPI. 

According to IC datasheet we expect 16 clock pulse on transmission and receive part. But we only get 8 bit clock pulse. I guess we get only transmission clock pulses. How we can solve this issue ?
