AM2432: ADC power issue

Part Number: AM2432
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65219

HI experts,

My customer is using TPS65219 to power AM243x, they find that powering the ADC would cause the PMIC to fail, below are details

case 1:

PMIC(1.8out) --NC--> VDDA_ADC0

AMP -> ADC0_REFP

In this case, VDDA_ADC0 is 1.9V and ADC0_REFP is 1.78 V. The other rails works normally and am243x can be powered up normally.

case 2:

Connect PMIC 1.8 out to VDDA_ADC0. In this case, VDDA_ADC0 is 1.8V, but rest of the rails fails, am243x can not be powered.

Any idea what's the cause of this?

Regards,

Hang.
