My customer is facing this similar issue today. Are there any updates to the software or documentation to help with Windows installs?

Hello,

I just tried all the OTP Keywriter release installers on Windows 10 and each one of them runs successfully. So, this issue is mostly specific to Windows versions or configurations. The customer should probably search online for the solutions to this issue.

Like, the following link suggests running the installer in Compatibility mode
