The latest version of HALCoGen is 04.07.01 only.

Can you get tutorial videos especially specified for TMS570LC4357?
No there won't be any specific video tutorials for TMS570LC4357.
I am working on different Hercules controllers (TMS570LC4357, RM56L8x, TMS570LS3137, RM46Lx etc) and with different boards in those controllers like launchpads and HDK etc but i don't see any huge difference between them.
Except the configuration difference i mentioned in my previous comment.
You can do one more thing if you need specific examples on TMS570LC4357:
Go to the Help Topics section in HALCoGen, after selecting corresponding device:
Here you can find different examples with step-by-step procedure with screenshots.
You can follow those steps to implement the corresponding example.
Once you did the configuration, you can also find the source code for the corresponding example which you should need to copy paste into your main file to execute the corresponding example.
