TMDSEMU110-U: problems with CTI20

we have problems with CTI20 received with TMDSEMU110-U

The connections now are different from the CTI20 we already had (we already bought TMDSEMU110-U in the past)

The CTI20 we already have does from pin 5 to 1 as the following table:

The new CTI20 received does from 5 to 1-3-5-7-11-13-15-17-19 and it doesn’t work

I kindly ask you to give us support

Can you provide a picture of the new cTI 20 adapter?

good morning

we have a problem with adapter CTI20 male TO ARM20-ETM FEMALE

the pins do not correspond to the original table there are pins which seem to be shorted to other pins

we have had another TMDSEMU110-U Adaptors sent to us but it still does not work

how can we solve it?

Can you send a close up picture like shown below?

I would like to check if it is the same rotated 180 deg issue as the thread above

i think are not rotated

these are the 2 that arrived and have the problem .......

you can send me a wiring diagram... so I can make it

I think that's the easiest way.
