I noticed that you are using a 5V supply. Do you use a 3.3V LDO on your board?

Yes I have dropped down that 5Volt to 3.3Volt and given to MCU VDD pin

By the way, could you debug the launchpad well with the same project/software? 

when I am using LP for debugging it shows

but when connect to custom board it shows SW/Jtag Error, sometimes shows can't access memory

When trying to debug in CCS getting error:

Please try to factory reset the device first.(SWDIO,SWCLK and NRST are needed)

By the way, could you share the schematic for MCU part

The capacitor of VCORE is needed. Without that MCU cannot start up.
