AM2634: unable to connect with XDS200 debug probe

hi TI Expert,

I am trying to connect to AM2634 control card via XDS200 debug probe (TMDSEMU200-U).

I have connected the XDS200 debug probe to 20e_cTI-14t_TI pin converter and the pin converter is connected to the 14-pin JTAG connector on TMDSHSECDOCK docking station.

HSEC JTAG path is selected on AM2634 control card SW5.

when I try to connect, I get below error. Could you please let me know how to resolve this?

Hi Sue,

There are a few things you can try:

Run fsclean at the location specified by the error message
Delete the ccxml file and re-load the target configuration
