I use CCS Theia 1.3.1 and enable hex output, choose Intel hex, then use UniFlash 8.7.0 to flash the hex into the evb, but found it can't power on, can you help to find the cause? Thanks.

Could you please comment what evb you used? is it LP-MSPM0C1104: https://www.ti.com/tool/LP-MSPM0C1104 or customized board?

Yes. it is LP-MSPM0C1104, after download the hex, I can't download or debug, only can use CCS to do the factory reset, then it can be download again.
