There is a jumper block J21, J22 that connects the PA10 and PA11 to either the boosterpack J4 or to the XDS J101.

In Sysconfig, you would want to change between UART0,, UART1 etc. to get other pin options.

When using with Docklight it works fine but when I change it to UART1 it doesn't work! 

I have tried creating new project and changing all the settings but no results I am sharing the sysconfig setting and the code below

How are you getting the data from the UART_1 pins (as I said, nominally PB6 and PB7) to the PC?

On the launchpad, PA10 and PA11 are connected to the PC through the J101 jumper block. If you want to use different UART pins, you can fly wire to the XDS110 RXD and TXD pins. 

If you have a logic analyzer you can also probe the pins to verify if they are outputting or receiving any data.
