What is the difference between option F & M.
The difference is standard vs enhanced analog:

Hi Ralph
In listed options, it was mentioned pre-integrated stacks enabled, is this a typo ?
Does this mean option F is not available ?
Can you share the link for above reference shared ?

No that is correct. The pre-integrated stacks refer to Ethernet related stacks and so no bearing on Analog feature set.
Does this mean option F is not available ?
It's possible we don't have an orderable part number on TI.com today for it but if that is the exact feature set you require, I will inquire about when we would offer an option F version.
Can you share the link for above reference shared ?
That footnote comes from Section 5 Device Comparison of the device datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/am2634
