I am suggesting you refer the CAN bootloader example for TMS570LS04x.

If you download above examples, there you can find the CAN bootloader example for TMS570LS043x

In this example we will write application into the Bank-0 by copying the FAPI routines into RAM from flash.

Or else you can also refer below direct (without bootloader) example i created for RM46x:
