Hello everyone,

I am new to the firmware development. In order to flash my application using the PE micro I am following this guide : https://software-dl.ti.com/msp430/esd/MSPM0-SDK/1_00_00_04/docs/chinese/tools/doc_guide/doc_guide-srcs/pemicro_CN.html

As mentioned in the guide I downloaded the plugins and when I am adding the entire zip file in "install new software" , I am facing the following error.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: PEmicro ARM Device Expansion Plugin 5.8.7.202407171925 (com.pemicro.debug.gdbjtag.pne.expansion.feature.feature.group 5.8.7.202407171925)
Missing requirement: GNU ARM Interface Debugging Support 5.8.7.202407171925 (com.pemicro.debug.gdbjtag.pne 5.8.7.202407171925) requires 'osgi.bundle; org.eclipse.cdt.debug.gdbjtag.ui 7.1.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: PEmicro ARM Device Expansion Plugin 5.8.7.202407171925 (com.pemicro.debug.gdbjtag.pne.expansion.feature.feature.group 5.8.7.202407171925)
To: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; com.pemicro.debug.gdbjtag.pne 2.9.0

Please let me know how can I resolve this , or what mistakes am I making

Hi Dave,

Could you attempt to re-run process again to make sure everything was installed properly?

If re-running the process does not fix it I will loop in someone that can properly debug the situation.

Hi,

I tried that multiple times , it still gives me the same error. I thought there might be some files missing from the plugins but this was a direct zip download link.

Hi Dave,

I followed up with my contact from PEMicro and what he noticed is that the latest CDT files for eclipse are currently missing. Would it be possible for you to contact them at technical-info@pemicro.com so they can get further information on the issue?
