Our Project requires a Floating point unit with double precision. We are going to choose AM2431. Does AM2431 MCU support the Floating point unit with double precision? How to find an MCU support single or double-precision floating point unit?

The FPU on the R5F on AM243x implements the VFPv3-D16 architecture. Details on this can be found in the R5F TRM (section linked below). VFPv3-D16 means that the FPU is an implementation of the ARM Vector Floating Point v3 architecture, with 16 double-precision registers.
