Hi, we have an GPMC PSRAM example for AM243x in our MCU+SDK AM243x MCU+ SDK: GPMC PSRAM (ti.com) that you can check. Currently example is for ISSI PSRAM

Beside IS67WVE4M16EBLL70BLA1, do you know if AM243x GPMC can support W958D6NW from hardware and software aspect?

I realize this is a Hyperbus PSRAM, DRA829 SOM has 8bit Hyperbus pSRAM connects on OSPI interface, can it also support on AM243x OSPI interfface? does it need special software driver?

Hi Tony, sorry for my late response. I was out of office for a couple of days.

In general, it is hard for us to confirm or verify flash memories from different vendors and in many cases, this is something that can only be confirmed if it has been tested.

That being said, AM243x doesn't support HyperRAM with OSPI.

We have a AM243x EVM + PSRAM OSPI (APS6804L). We created a limited number of EVMs, but there are schematics, and I am working on uploading driver and sample test applications to TI's GitHub (beyond SDK) in the next week or two.
