MSPM0L1306: pir demo: different opa gain between code and syscfg

Part Number: MSPM0L1306

Tool/software:

mspm0l1306 pir demo

opa gain in "pir_motion_detection.syscfg" is "Non-Inverting: 16x / Inverting: -15x"

but in source code "cascade_input_voltage.c" function "calc_cascade_input_voltage" 

comments says that G1 is 17 and G2 is -16

Which one is right? And why there is a difference?
