    I want to check few questions:

    1. Is this board being custom board or TI-specific board?

    2. Is the part name on the controller is same for both the controllers? If possible, share a picture of them.

    3. Is the loaded application on the both the controller is same?

    Is it possible to setup one live debugging session for this issue.

    This is required because, usually the controller GIO pins will not operate with any delay. If there is some issue with controller, then it will completely get failure but in our case, you are saying they are operating with some delay. So, i want to verify complete path on how you are operating pins.

    I will be available from 10AM to 7PM IST (Indian Standard Time), so based on your availability please set at meeting.

  • Now we have a lot of bad problems with RELAY moved intermittently, please pay attention to this problem first.
    As for the problem of RELAY moved intermittently, I analyzed it as follows: I connected one end of the probe of the oscilloscope to the RELAY_SET and RELAY_RESET signals of the chip, grounded the other end, and sent instructions for realy to move at this time. It was found that the signal sent by the U1 chip was intermittent, and the details of the picture were shown in PPT.
