Hello Jinlong,

The MPU region settings are specific to the R5F core.

If you look at the R5F TRM (4.3.21 Chapter ), you get the full details.

In generally, the R5F core has MPU regions with specific access permissions and users need to define what the starting address of the MPU region and size and access permissions.
