Hello,

I am encountering an issue while trying to load a file in CCS Theia. The error message I receive is:

Here are the steps I have already tried to resolve the issue:

Checked and configured the erase settings in Project Properties > Debug > MSPM0 Flash Settings.
Performed a factory reset on the controller.
Ensured that I am using the latest versions of CCS Theia, Sysconfig, and the MSPM0 SDK.

Could anyone please provide further guidance to resolve the problem

Hi Krushna,

Have you static write protected any region on the device?

If so, I believe you need to apply a factory reset to the device, as this will also erase the region that configures static write protection.

Hi Dylan,

I have already tried factory reset to the device & I am directly using <bsl_uart_flash_interface> example from the sdk no changes made, but still the same error persists.

Hi Krushna,

When you attempt to factory reset the device, what steps are you using?

The correct steps are to right click your target configuration, click "start projectless debug" to connect to your device. Then go to the scripts tab and hit the factory reset option.

My assumption is that you are taking different steps when performing the reset.
