We are yet to finalize the controller and software(mostly looking for SAFERTOS and RM48L940 )
your product suits as per our requirement.
Drivers using:CAN,I2C,SPI,UART, Ethernet

1.Will TI controller support safeRTOS(support for SIL2/3).
2. Any other alternative options other than safeRTOS, which will support TI and suits our requirements (SIL2/3)

TI controllers support SafeRTOS, here are the list of TI controllers that supports safeRTOS.
And i am particularly supporting Hercules Microcontrollers in TI family, these are the supported Hercules controllers.
And all the above highlighted Hercules controllers will support upto SIL3 certification, and you can find same TUV certification for these devices in their product page, here is are some certificates:
