According to the datasheet, since it describes as "When the FCL mode is not used, the PA2 pin may be used as a digital input/output pin", so I believe its characteristics are similar to those normal IO, from the IO characteristics, we can see that the pull-down resistance is 40kΩ.
Can we set the built-in resistance to be larger?
We cannot change the built-in pull-down resistance value through software. You can see the below picture that there is no such pull-down resistance array available for selection, and if you check the IOMUX related registers in MSPM0L1106_TRM, there is no corresponding bit to set either.
