I am planning to use the Texas Instruments MSPM0G3107-Q1 in my IEC 61508 functional safety application for SIL 2 or SIL 3. Could you please provide the following documents:

FMEDA (Failure Mode Effects and Diagnostic Analysis)
Functional Safety Certificate for this MCU series
Recommendations for certified IDEs compatible with this microcontroller?

1. For the FMEDA document of MSM0G3107-Q1, please request in the product page:MSPM0G3107-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com

2. Currently MSPM0G3107 have not got ASIL-B certification yet, but we are in a progress of evaluation, and may have a result/conclusion in 2Q25.

3. For the IDE Safety qualification, please refer the guidance of the below thread:
