TMS570LS1224: How to Erase, Write, and Read Flash Memory on TMS570LS1224?

I’m working with a Hercules TMS570LS1224 and I need to store a few configuration parameters in the internal Flash memory. I would appreciate a basic example showing how to erase, write, and read from Flash — ideally using HALCoGen or direct register access.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
