Hello,

I am interested in knowing if the TMS5703137CGWTMEP (–55°C to 125°C) version can utilize the 64kB Flash as EEROM down to -55C.

Spanned over pages 65 and 66 in the datasheet, there are no Timing Specifications noted for -55C operation, nor any notes stating the same.

Hi,

It is a emulated EEprom using the same flash memory as shown on page 65 and 66. Therefore, the timing specification will be the same.

Hi Charles. Thank you for your answer. I had assumed the same as you stated. Since TI requires users to submit here, I need to know if you are a TI employee since a user forum is not manufacturers AFE

Great! Thank you, Charles. So for this component, there is no warranty of operation since it is not GBD outside the -40C to +125C? Is this correct?
Would I then be correct in thinking the main 3MB Flash is not GBD to operate outside the -40C to +125C either, as in down to -55C?
Once answer was leading to this second question...
