Tool/software:
Hello,
If it exists, I am looking for the specific datasheet for theTMS5703137CGWTMEP that shows what peripherals fall under the -55C to +125C operating range.
I see the GBD statement here.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
It is the same question as you have on https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/arm-based-microcontrollers-group/arm-based-microcontrollers/f/arm-based-microcontrollers-forum/1513897/tms570ls3137-ep-tms5703137cgwtmep. I will get back with you.
Hi Charles. It almost is, but I am looking for a TI statement regarding those IP Modules and the liabilities around implementing them outside their GBD specifications and what could be some of the issues we could see.
Basically, I need directive from TI to dissuade us from using this processor in our -55C to 125C environment and that baring some self-heating to prewarm the device, we should not use this processor.
Hi Kevin,
I'm still waiting for some clarification from our production test team. I will get back with you.
Hi Kevin,
I have some update from our product test team. As you have already seen on the datasheet, there are modules that are only GBD with full timing simulation closed from N40 to 125C. Reviewing our production test flow shows we only test down to N40C with no extra guard bands for these modules. I understand this is not the answer you expect but it is what it is on the TMS5703137CGWTMEP as far as the GBD is concerned.
Thank you, Charles. I will close this thread. I really appreciate your assistance.
