I am trying to load the Firmware and debug using VS Code and OpenOCD, which I have downloaded from (Link), a pre-built OpenOCD for Windows.Version(20250613)

which has suport for controller MSPM0G3507.

I am trying to load firmware and debug, but getting error as:

Any suggestions to overcome this error?

1. Could you use a hex file and test again?

2. Could you try the TI official extension and test again?

I tried the steps you suggested, but I'm still getting the same error.

Have you tried the same? Are you able to load and debug?

Yes I tested M0G3507/M0L1306 before and it works well.

Are you erasing main and non-main memory before loading, any settings in the launch JSON file or anywhere else?
