Yes, we have performed the A-B-A Swap Method as described:

The suspect controller IC (A) was removed from the failed board.

Replaced with a good controller IC (B) – the board worked correctly.

The suspect IC (A) was mounted on a working board – the failure followed the IC.

This confirms the issue is isolated to the IC.

Hi,

Can you please tell me where did you purchase the material from? Is it directly from TI or an TI authorized distributor?

There are some answered questions in the last post. Can you answer them?

- What type of communication is used (e.g. UART, SPI or etc)?

- Can you show a probe capture of the signals on a known good board vs the failure board?

- On the failure board, can you toggle these pins as in GPIO mode?
