Sorry for my late reply about this topic (holidays and other urgent topics) but would be still interested to know if you can reproduce the issue from the previous thread (TMS570LS3137: FEE block cannot be red and consider invalid even if it seems ok in memory - Arm-based microcontrollers forum - Arm-based microcontrollers - TI E2E support forums)

Please find hereafter the binary files that I successfully managed to flash on my TMS570LS3137 at FEE address bank :
