TMS570LC4357-SEP: nPORRST VS nRST

What are the difference between nPORRST and nRST.

Currently we have the nPORRST going active low resulting in the all pin programed state reverting to default pull state. However when the nRST is active the microcontroller is maintaining all the pin programmed state as desired.

Please advise.
