We are using PBIST example project from mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_11_00_00_19 to test the memories. Everytime when the content at 0x5330_0000 is viewed using memory browser after connecting to the target or during the debugging when "pInfo = &SDL_PBIST_InstInfoArray[instance];" of "SDL_PBIST_getInstInfo" function executes then we are continuously obsering below error as per the screen shot.
We have been seeing this behavior in AM263P CC boards. FYI, result is still the same after power cycle and system reset.
Is there any method to enable PBIST physical memory to come out this issue?
