I would like to know if the MSPM0G3518-Q1 and MSPM0G3519-Q1 have similar safety compliance ratings as the MSPM0G3507-Q1.

The product filter on TI's website claims they do not (Filter by Funtional Safety-Compliant in the product finder, www.ti.com/.../products.html), but the specification sheets appear to have all the same safety features.

Could you elaborate on why this is?

The reason is mainly that the device is not yet officially Functional Safety-Compliant, but my team has confirmed that the device's functional safety compliance qualification is completed. We will be releasing the official title within this year.
