Part Number: AM2434
Hello Kamil, hello TI team,
to be able to plan our project milestones reliably, we need a formal and verifiable confirmation regarding the IRT-related issue discussed in thread "AM2434: Interoperability issue on AM243x‑EVM – Devices behind DUT lose connection".
In the past, there were cases where an initial statement like "the IRT fix should already be in this version" was later corrected to "after double-checking, it will only be in the next release".
This is absolutely understandable, these things happen, but it also means that a general verbal confirmation on the forum is unfortunately not sufficient for any project planning on our side.
To avoid misunderstandings, please provide us the following explicit and verifiable information:
1) Is this IRT Legacy issues successfully resolved in your defect tracking bug system?
Please confirm whether the bug is marked as fixed, successfully tested and ready for release.
2) Is this IRT Legacy bug truly included in the planned April 2026 release?
Which Industrial Communication SDK version is expected to contain the fix?
We understand that plans may shift, but we need an explicit number, not only "next release".
For example:
"The fix is currently targeted for Industrial Communication SDK aa.bb.cc.dd planned for release in the week of April DD, 2026."
3) Since this fix directly affects our project timeline, could you provide a pre‑release / engineering build containing the patch?
Alternatively, could you provide the specific component binaries or ICSSG firmware image that includes the fix, so that we can validate it before the official SDK release?
This would significantly reduce integration risk on our side.
Thank you very much. Providing these explicit items will help ensure that our schedule aligns with TI's roadmap and avoids misunderstandings.
We appreciate your support.
Best regards,
Vit
