AM2432: ACD Feature - CT21 Conformance

Hi everyone,

I have tried with CT21 Conformance Tool on AM2432 LP as described in previous thread but I have obtained the same issue.

In the pictures below, you can see the error and the configuration of the switch. I have tried also with 100M - Full Duplex - Auto Neg OFF and with this setup. 

 

Switch1: 192.168.1.238

Switch2: 192.168.1.239

DUT: 192.168.1.10

PC: 192.168.1.1

 

Do you have any idea how to resolve?

    based on my previous answer, have you considered the troubleshooting tip regarding using a dedicated test PC to run your test?

    Also, in your screen-shot I'm a bit confused about your switch configuration, are you setting up 1000M fixed speed? (1000M is not supported by the device!).

    Yes, I have used another PC.

    This is the picture that shows that I have fixed 100M - FD. I have also used another Switch, but the result is the same.

    As mentioned in the earlier E2E discussion, we cannot reproduce the issue on our side (the passing test results were also provided for your reference).
    If the problem is not within the stack itself and the hardware is the same (AM243x_LP), the problem must stem from the test configuration.
    Even if you want to test with latest tool (CT22), using the latest SDK (2026), the ACD test should succeed—except for the single, known failure in step 3.2.3, which is a bug in the CT22 tool , as has been confirmed by ODVA.

    I have already shared the recommended test‑setup troubleshooting tips, so I will not repeat them here.
