I ordered a TMDSEMU200-U / XDS200 Debugger.
Unfortunately, the debugger does not work. When I try to use it, I always get a “cable break error”. The XDS200 has never worked since delivery.
To verify the setup, I tested the same target hardware, same cable/setup and same environment with an XDS110 debugger. With the XDS110 everything works correctly.
Because of this comparison, I assume that the XDS200 debugger may have been delivered defective / dead on arrival.
Could you please advise how to proceed with troubleshooting, replacement or warranty/RMA handling?
