1/. do we have the Partner-Jet3 JTAG debugger working setup on AM62x SoC?
2/. can we use the Partner-Jet3 JTAG debugger on AM62x HS-FS, where JTAG is unlocked on all cores except SMS core?

1. Yes, it is possible. Multiple users are currently using the Partner-Jet3 for debugging.

2. While there are plans to use HS-FS devices, it has not been confirmed whether they are currently in use.
We believe that debugging is possible as long as the JTAG interface is in an unlocked state.
