my H/W is getting hanged randomly TM4C123Gx

Hi,

I am using TM4C123Gx series MCU for weighing scale application. In which i am using toggle switch to on / off the H/W. I am facing some issue ,my H/W is getting hanged randomly. I used a circuit which continuously sense the on/off port of MCU.I also used a signal conditioner circuit in the design.By using on/off key from keyboard my H/W is on /off.When i pressed the key continuously ,my H/W is getting hanged.So i am unable to switch off the weighing scale.

So kindly help.
