So read RMS from what source? Are you another ask to measure directly Line voltage and have no knowledge of how dangerous is?

Lm3S series is NRND so it is no more available and end of life product. (not available, no spare part, not orderable) New series is TIVA supported now.
Example on old stellaris library, still supported but for short time, contain example of how to read ADC, then its your turn to evaluate RMS by math or reading from external RMS converter.

Hello, Why acceleration sensor and temperature sensor board cc3200 launpad inactive, while running the program it results x = 0, y = 0, z = 0 and the temperature sensor to output 2, 45 * C
