TM4C layout component fo DIPTRACE

Hi to everyone!

I need to start with a schematic and PCB's using TM4C1294 in LQFP 128pin, but using Diptrace CAD there isn't this compnent. Actually the program accept only .eli file.

Someone may tell me where to download the component or where to check all TI update components library?
