could not install the driver on windows 10

Hello Team,

I have a customer who recently purchased the TM4C123G LaunchPad for evaluation. He is using a windows 10 computer. This is his question :

" I could not install the driver on windows 10. The documentation does not say how to do that. Here is product that I purchased recently. TM4C123G LaunchPad."

I went through the forum for a resolution since this seemed a common problem. He was suggested to un-sign the drivers, Install the latest CCS which includes the TIVAware. He was also suggested to install Uniflash on his win 10 machine and pick the driver for ICDI and COM port from the Uniflash but none of the suggestions deemed a resolution.

Do you have any more suggestions that we could try to get this resolved. I already referred to him this post https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/tiva_arm/f/908/t/446751 without any luck.
