the definition of TI14 Pin adaptor(XDS110), 4pin----TDIS, 13pin---EMU0/TRIGOUT0, 14pin---EMU1/TRIGOUT1, how can i connect to these pins(4pin, 13pin, 14pin)? thanks.

Hello,
Your definition of the pin of a 14-pin JTAG connection is correct. But I am unclear as to what you mean about "how can I connect to these pins". Can you clarify? Are you trying to connect your external XDS110 debug probe to a 14-pin header? If so, you likely need a 20-to-14 pin JTAG adapter:
