I want to use SD card and Real-Time clock on SD card. Can someone guide me on how to use them with TMS570LS0432?

There are 2 SPIs on TMS 570LS0432. You can use them to connect both, RTC and SD card.
If you want to create files on SDcard you have to use API, eg. FATfs: elm-chan.org/.../00index_e.html
You can also use some useful materials here wiki.stanfordssi.org/TMS570_SD_Card and here www.element14.com/.../ti-hercules-launchpad-using-an-sd-card

True, I2C is common more popular for RTC but there is no I2C on tms570ls0432.

Hello Timm,
You are right. I2C protocol could be emulated using N2HET (see this link: e2e.ti.com/.../610744 ) but SPI will be easier to handle.
