Original question:
Eagle files sprm241.zip package only has top layer in PDF view format. My PCB tool only can import Eagle parts library, DXF, OrCad net lists.
Can someone please update the zip to have all the layers in PDF format and replace corrupted BOM.xls?

Here is a summary of the layers. The top layer is mostly horizontal traces:
The top inner layer is a ground plane:
The bottom inner layer is a 3.3V plane.
The bottom layer is mostly vertical traces.
