TMS570LS3137-EP: Power Supply AC Requirements - Vcc, Vccpll, VccIO, VccAD

Thanks in advance for the help.

I've been scouring every datasheet and app note I can find, looking for AC requirements for the Vcc, Vccpll, VccIO, and VccAD power inputs for the TMS570 microcontroller. I've found the DC voltage and current requirements, but nothing in terms of AC voltage quality.

I plan to use 5.0V for VccAD, but I'm afraid the AC ripple on the 5V supply might adversely affect the A/D measurements. Is there a document listing the maximum recommended ripple voltage (ie 50mVpp) for all the power inputs? Is there a document listing the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) on the VccAD input, to quantify the impact of a noisy 5V supply?

Kyle, I am not aware of any specific requirements.
However, I will check with the safeti team to see if there are some guidelines available that we have not been able to locate.

Kyle, I did get feedback last night.
We do not have any guidelines or requirements for the AC characteristics of the supplies. However, there is a glitch filter on the supplies monitored by the internal VMON. This would be the VCCIO and VCC supplies. The specs on this filtering capability are included in the datasheet in the VMON section.
