CCS/DP83640: DP83640 TX_CLK and RX_CLK NOT COMING

1. Are you able to read and write registers to the DP83640?
2. Can DP83640 establish link?
3. Read register 17 to confirm whether the DP83640 is in MII or RMII mode.

Hi Hung,

I am new to this ethernet. We didn't use the HDK board. We tried to establish link between RM46L852 Launch PAD (with no DP83640 on the board) with external connected DP83640.

1. We made set-up according to schematics given in HDK and code from LWIP demo. But from demo, loopback works fine, but with DP83640 writing or reading is not happening. We need clear understanding and step by step procedure to realize the connection. We couldn't able to establish the link itself. Please give pseudocode for this.

Pls suggest TX_EN not appearing.
