My customer needs TI to provide the updated ROHS10 and REACH declaration for the following TI processor..

Required documents:

1)  The  ROHS 10 (EU) 2015/863 certificate of compliance ( 10 substance)

  • Cadmium(Cd): 0.01%
  • Mercury: 0.1%
  • Lead(Pb) : 0.1%
  • Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) : 0.1%
  • Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB): 0.1 %;
  • Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE): 0.1 %
  • Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): 0.1% (added in 2015);
  • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP): 0.1% (added in 2015);
  • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP): 0.1% (added in 2015);
  • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP): 0.1% (added in 2015).

 

2)  REACH (SVHC) 191 Certificate of compliance ==>  The latest candidate list is issued on link below, http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/candidate-list-table.

    For REACH see if this document is sufficient: www.ti.com/.../szzq087x.pdf

    For RoHS, our LM3S datasheets still on the web like the LM3S1133 has a section for RoHS, if that section is sufficient for the customer and they just need confirmation it applies for their device, I can see what we can provide on that front.

    In general TI's RoHS/REACH information can be found at: www.ti.com/.../quality-reliability.html

    Additional info:

    The LM3S1B21 is EOL so we do not have any datasheets posted on TI.com for it anymore. Furthermore due to the EOL status, all documentation for the device has not received the updates that devices like the LM3S1133 has, and there is no plan to make any such updates due to the EOL status.

    Please see if they are able to find what they need via the general TI wide documentation for RoHS/REACH as that is the best information we have available.
