TM4C1294KCPDT: MCU does not start to run

Hi Experts,

We have an issue that TM4C dose not start to run when power-on.

Device : TM4C1294KCPDTI3

Failure rate : 3 of 3 boards ( see on all PCB), 100% failure rate on power on

Manual reset works fine.

Could you please advice what we should investigate next?

Hello Hasio,

Perhaps add bit more detail such as did firmware succeed a write to flash at least one time and by what method did that occur?

In addition to the request for more information suggested by BP101, does the design account for erratum ETH#03 which requires a resistor (approximately 4.7K) on the RBIAS pin even if ethernet is not used?
