    Hello Kalyan,

    The reserve registers are either not implemented on the device or for internal use only. Those registers should not be used by customers. I know several registers are used in HALCoGen generated code. Since the PBIST bug has been fixed, you don't have to use the PBIST workaround (errata_PBIST_4).
